(1) This website (the "Site") and/or services, including all mobile applications connected thereto (collectively "Services"), and the provision of hotel rooms for lodging and related services (the "Hotel Services") through the Site, are owned and operated by SARL HOMY (hereinafter also referred to as "we", "our", or "us"). These Commercial Terms (the "Terms") set out the terms and conditions under which visitors or users (collectively, the "user" or "you") may visit or use the Site and/or Services and purchase Products.
(2) By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge having read these Terms and consent to them, and you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept all the Terms, you should not access the Site nor use any of the Services. Read these Terms carefully before accessing, our Site or Services, or using them, or purchasing Products. In these Terms, you will discover who we are, how we sell our Products, how you can terminate the purchase contract, and what you can do in case of a problem.
(3) You declare that you are of legal age and possess the legal authority, right, and power to enter into a binding agreement based on these Terms, to use the Services, and to purchase Products. If you are not of legal age, you may only use the Services or purchase Products with the consent of your parents or legal guardian.

These Terms were provided in French. In case of divergence between the French version of this document and any of its translations, the French version shall prevail.
To use our Site and/or enjoy our Services, you must have reached the legal age of majority in your country and possess the legal authority, right, and power to sign these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not authorized to use this Site and/or to enjoy our Services if it is prohibited in your country, or by any law or regulation applicable to you.

Description of the Services Offered
You must read carefully the Description of the Service offered before placing an order. The description of the Services and/or Products presents the essential characteristics of the Services and/or Products, in accordance with Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code. These descriptions are designed to provide you with the most comprehensive information possible on these characteristics, without being exhaustive. Photographs, drawings, and descriptions of the Services offered are provided purely for informational purposes and do not bind us.
We invite you to refer to the information and usage instructions that appear on the packaging, labels, and/or accompanying documents. We cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from non-compliance with these usage instructions for the Services offered provided on our website.
Hotel Services
You can book the Hotel Services that we offer through our Site or Services in accordance with these Terms.
You can choose the available apartments and other Services you
intend to book by making the appropriate selections (e.g., arrival and departure dates, type of apartments, other Services) and add them to your cart by clicking on the respective buttons. The prices we practice are indicated on the Site or Services. We reserve the right to change the prices of the Services displayed at any time (provided that only the agreed amount is charged to you before any price change), and to correct price errors that may occur inadvertently, with effect for the future. Other taxes, fees, or charges applicable are available on the Site during the booking process and in the reservation summary. Prices include other mandatory taxes, fees, and charges, local taxes that you must pay according to the applicable municipal law, for example, tourist taxes. Prices are charged in the local currency of the hotel.
Before clicking on the "Reservation subject to payment" button, all the Services you have chosen, including the total price, will again be displayed in a reservation summary. You can then identify and correct any input errors before definitively validating your reservation. By clicking on the "Reservation subject to payment" button, you place a firm order to reserve the Hotel Services for the chosen dates. However, your reservation request can only be placed and transmitted if you have accepted these Terms by clicking on the checkbox provided for this purpose, and thereby including them in your reservation request.
We will then send you an automatic confirmation of receipt of your reservation request by email, in which your order will be summarized again, and which you can print or save using the corresponding function. The automatic confirmation of receipt only documents the receipt of your reservation request and does not constitute acceptance of this order on our part.
The legally binding agreement for the reservation of Hotel Services is concluded only when we send you an acceptance notice by email. We reserve the right not to accept your reservation request. This does not apply in cases where we offer a payment method for your reservation request and you have chosen it, if a payment process is immediately initiated (e.g., electronic money transfer, or instant bank transfer via PayPal, or another similar payment method). In this case, the legally binding agreement regarding the Hotel Services is concluded when you complete the reservation process, as described above, by pressing the "Reservation subject to payment" button.
The prices displayed on our Site or Services are an average per night and per person until a specific rate is selected. Meals or additional services are only included if they are indicated. A minimum length of stay, a deposit, cancellation fees, or other conditions may apply to certain rates, as indicated.

You can register your preferred payment method for future use. In this case, we will store your payment identifiers in accordance with the standards applicable in our sector (e.g., PCI DSS). You can identify your stored card by its last four digits.
Check-in and Check-out Requirements
The check-in and check-out times are those indicated on our Site or Services unless otherwise stated at the time of concluding the contract with you for the Services.
After this normal departure time, a late check-out may be requested from you. It remains subject to availability and will be charged at the published rate at the time of the conclusion of the contract. You do not have the right to a late check-out.
Payment For firm advance reservations, the price for the entire stay and the reserved Service is payable in advance. In this case, to guarantee the reservation 100%, we await the receipt of an identity document from you (French ID card/passport), in accordance with current legislation.
A deposit of 250€ will be requested for each reservation to cover any possible damages that might occur during your stay. Please note that if the costs exceed this amount, we will be able to charge you additional fees. You also have the option of using your liability insurance in case of dispute. In the event that no damage is observed at the end of your stay, we commit to fully refunding the total amount of the deposit within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy and No-shows
Full Refund: You have the option to cancel your reservation and benefit from a full refund if you do so up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation within 5 Days Before Arrival: If you cancel within 5 days prior to your arrival, cancellation fees equivalent to the entire stay will be applied. Tourist taxes will be refunded.
Modifications or Cancellation on Our Part
Reservation Modification: If your plans change but you do not wish to completely cancel, we encourage you to contact us to discuss the possibility of modifying your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your new arrangements, subject to availability.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible and will not pay any compensation if the performance of our obligations is prevented or affected, directly or indirectly, by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, a flood, earthquake, extreme weather conditions, natural disaster, pandemic, act of terrorism, fire, or failure of electricity, gas, water, or any other public service, of a factory machine, computer, vehicle or any collapse of building structures, provided that we have not acted negligently or culpably in any way.
